Main domain is working now and cPanel is also accessible, but none of the subdomains are loading.

Even i thought site was loading from browser cache, so i tried logging in to cPanel and it worked. Immediately i took a backup if in case it goes down again. Jetbackup5 is still not working.
Its more than 10 hours and still not solved yet 😭. I hope there is compensation of it.

I have no physical presence in the datacenter. I try and share as much information as I can but when the only thing I hear myself is that "The technicians are currently looking into the issue, we will keep you updated", then I cannot offer much more information.
I cannot give any ETA when I didn't have any. I do not want to give false hopes. Spamming in the tickets and here on the forum does not hasten the progress, it is not like I purposely delay the resolution until someone bugs me enough.
I do apologize for the downtime of course. Thus, it is not in my hand how fast this can be resolved. I am looking into changing datacenter for this particular server as I did with DirectAdmin in Singapore since response times are way too slow.

I am still in contact with Jetbackup team in regards to this. The issue is cumbersome and might result in needing to start new backups. This is what I am trying to avoid, which is why it drags out.

WE suffered then.
Sure, I would if economics were of no concern. But I cannot go offer 5x the price on a server that is barely profitable just because of one incident. This has run stable for 225 days.
Moving forwards this server will have a permanent KVM attached which will make any troubleshooting much easier in these cases.
Thank God that I avoided SG just because of Contabo and high latency (don't know why). @labze is a solid provider but SG seems to be his Achilles' heel !
his Germany (hetzner) is going good. Contabo is not for production sites whichever location you host. How about Equinix (or their reseller) in Singapore.

shockhosting is quite good. but they all have just intel e3 in singapore

Well ASRock keeps haunting me. It does look like this is the around 12th or so ASRock motherboard that dies on me. It needs to be replaced as the server kept crashing and now it refuses to boot.
what is your solution?
I'd say that's pretty obvious. Getting the hardware replaced.
