Our queue is a bit large right now, we have managed customers with priority support, I'll try to tackle the tickets this weekend.
I was a fan of yours, until my ticket went without a reply for a month+. Even without being a "priority" customer, this is low-key unacceptable.
To your defense, the issue was solved within a few days after opening the ticket, but no reply was provided in the ticket at all with any explanation about what happened.

DA panel for Singapore seems to be down for me, can anyone else confirm? My website is up only unable to browse the panel after login.

Sg server seems to have problem time to time. Which server is more stable, will buy that
for production? you better not get the lifetime ones. i assume their his support is better with the regular (monthly payment) services
lifetime plans and general plans both are hosted on same server node.
only difference is during receiving support.
eu and usa seems stable.
I have both regular and LT, in my experience both receive same support priority.

Monthly / annually paid plans get priority support. I'll need to implement a proper system ASAP.

Maybe you are already regular customer with lt product so your lifetime inherit regular customer support.
My lifetime support took 4-7 days to answer (exclude day off like sat/sun/mon)

and there is no priority support based on my statement above ( I am using monthly )
I really hope for users/customers who pay monthly/yearly that they don't have these issues.
