I never signed up for your service, but why did I get a promotional email from you? Some providers here must have sold their customer emails to you.
@Powerless1 you did not just decide you want a refund. You used a promo code and then asked to double resources, I told you that the thread states that they do not combine: Discount Code, Double Resources, Free VPS, and Flash deals, do not combine!
and you started accusing that someone is ripping you off, you tried to practically get a free server from us and also said that if we do not double you will dispute the charge and other things that you said, which was not needed because we would happily refund you. After this you submitted a cancellation and chose to have the server deleted at the end of the billing period and also asked for a refund, you need to choose to cancel immediately to get your money back otherwise you're forcing us to refund you and also keep your server online till the billing period is over because this is what you requested, furthermore you claim you're not using the server but sent in this reply a screenshot with your online server. Now that you decided to bring this in the forum I would be happy to post all of our emails so members can see their order and context but I am trying to keep from embarrassing you on this forum because your claims are ridiculous, out of place and some of your messages are purely offensive. We are selling VPS servers here, not giving them away, unless we have an offer that says that ok? And if reading a thread is such a big challenge please go back and re-read when I advise you that the thread is offering something other than what you're requestin.
