Hello @FlorinMarian , I noticed your comments here and felt the need to give a short reply because I am not a fan of forum disputes and never plan or planned to gain visibility this way. I can see you provide the same niche services that we are and I just want to say this should be embarrassing for you trying to promote yourself like this. both @marciolira and @DiegoSAAS have orders with us and they talk about the services because this is the purpose of a forum, not to increase reach to own services. I can also see you are based in Romania, as we are and this is embarrassing for me now

Anyway, I am a strong believer in people's opinions but unless you know to be right for a fact you should flag and report these things to moderators as @Not_Oles suggested to avoid the already mentioned embarrassment. When the client responds to your comments calling you out, before the provider of the service does it should give you something to think about. I do hope your business is going well but trust me, my friend, this is not the correct path to market yourself. Please use the forum correctly and report anything you find suspicious but don't take it out to the public unless you know you are right, otherwise, people might think your business is not doing well and need to use pathetic promotion means. I wish you well and I will also report your comments as they are unfit for a service provider.

No response from support or refund.
The order was paid on August 1st.
On August 2nd, I created a support ticket regarding an issue with speed. During the first few days, support responded once a day.
On August 7th, support replied, "Then please wait for a COUPLE OF DAYS and I will recreate your server in Germany." They also promised to adjust the order creation date.
On August 14th, I asked if there were any updates.
After August 7th, I received no further responses to this ticket.
On August 18th, I tried to cancel the order and asked in a new ticket if I could get a refund since the issue hadn’t been resolved and the promises weren’t kept. I was told that since 14 days had passed, they wouldn’t issue a refund. After that, there were no further responses to my subsequent questions either.
