We identified abusers but some my have slipped, we are working on eliminating them and everything should be back to normal soon.

That type of issue usually is caused by the authoritative server to be down as well. My speculation is that their entire systems are down. I have seen these types of patterns with most providers before, it could be a possible deadpool so be prepared.

If takes 33% recurring discount, does that mean no double resources? this is definitely clear to many of us. I can understand double resource/free vps/flash deals may not combine, but for discount codes, it should be a given ;(

I had set the VPS to cancel at the end of the month, then later decided I wanted a refund, but they are telling me that I have to modify the cancellation date first (which is impossible from the customer end)! They would rather argue and pay a credit card dispute fee than cancel and refund!

I'm not using the VPS (so far 64MB of bandwidth has been used).
