There is something very ironic about that statement.
War is peace!
We had the TOS part during the pandemic for our location Romania as the law demanded it during the state of emergency.
Once the law was removed also the ToS entry was removed.
What has been your experience hosting TOR exit nodes/I2P outproxies on the icelandic providers (1984 and Floki)?
Late to the party on this thread, but as I mentioned in your other thread, you have to determine your specific needs for what "honoring free speech" means in more granular detail.

In that other thread, you were looking at BuyVM vs. IncogNET. In this earlier thread here you mentioned 1984.hosting, FlokiNET.is, Njal.la. You are obviously circling the approximate target, but you still need to break it down more specifically to determine exactly what you need/want.
Each one of those providers has different advantages/benefits/limitations/features that may or may not fit a specific need you may have. Just remember there is NO generic "free speech" and there is NO hosting provider that is ideal for ALL "free speech" issues. It's impossible for one hosting provider to cover it all. As I mentioned before, spend the time to research and understand the legal, ethical, political, financial, and jurisdictional considerations for these issues.
Again, I would suggest that if you want to find the "right" answer for your exact situation, then you should provide more details of what you are planning on doing. Because I can think of specific scenarios where each of the above mentioned providers (and more) will work for you, depending on your specific needs. There are many smart people in this forum, but in order to tap into the collective experience here, you need to ask more specific questions. Otherwise you will get narrow answers that may not be relevant to what you really want/need.
And BTW, one last bit of advice about all this besides my suggestion to spend time to understand the broader issues: As has been implied by a few people in this and other threads here in this forum, it would also be wise for you to research WHO owns the services you are considering, WHERE they are located (not just their HQ, some are spread over several jurisdictions!), and also WHAT datacenters, providers and upstreams they actually use to provide their services. THEN you will find a whole treasure trove of interesting information about legal frameworks and business models, and even a little about the motivations/intentions/political alignment of some of them, and it may lead you to some surprising discoveries of OTHER hosting providers that DO NOT advertise that they are "freedom of speech" advocates, BUT they are the ones who are providing the backbone to the smaller providers.
Always look deeper.
Good luck.
