Can confirm. I'm also at Singapore Region and it is giving me 503/500(More like Timeout) error since last week.

No problems for me in SG and I don't use WP.
try using api which need to connect to external service.

You just cannot use wordpress services, right? That doesn't mean the server is down.
wordpress.org ip is blocked for SG location so rest api no longer working thus wordpress websites hosted on sg server are either slow or 503
edit: you can test by running curl wordpress.org also @MikePT please look into this whenever you are free and available
Most of my clients use this service to host their wordpress sites. They are not able to install any plugin or activate theme/plugin licenses. This service became useless for me now.

Hi Mike! The issue is with Non WP Sites as well. I have some laravel sites that use ghuzzle, they aren't working either. Would it be possible for you to check that as well?

Probably Solved by Mike! I had asked him to whitelist a certain IP on Immunify360, never received a response to ticket, but IP was whitelisted on Immunify360.
I notified the geolocation database and they adjusted the location. Now it looks good...
It's funny you mention this server, because my domain somehow was pointed to that server (wde1) and showing a website with my domain name as title and a lot of shitty domains for sale instead of the correct website on the correct server (wla1).
I deleted the domain in DirectAdmin and the abusing website is still online, so it's not my website that was hacked. It's a DNS issue.
I will recommend everyone to check that their domains.
I thought one of my sites was hacked on that server I found the true cause after a couple of days...
Redis cache was sharing the same wordpress data across my domain and some Romanian one.. disabled redis and everything went back to as expected..
Strange but relieved to have solved it
