I sent you the VPS ID and even the card statement and transaction ID, but it seems you're on a support visit... if all providers were this slow to resolve, people would hesitate to buy services. Yea , thats why people should use chargebacks instantly after they not answer within 24 hours of bussiness days. If you paid by paypal just open a case and block them your money , or contact your bank try to get your money back. This things happends to many times here and no one is giving a shit because they paid $200 TAG to allow them to sell their garbage and then their gone.
