I sent you the VPS ID and even the card statement and transaction ID, but it seems you're on a support visit... if all providers were this slow to resolve, people would hesitate to buy services. There are still 4 days left, and it's been a month since I've been trying to cancel my service and get my money back

    It seems like they are busy with other matters above technical support; I will follow up with c1vh... it won't take long before I get seriously annoyed by their arrogance!

    P.S. What would you expect to receive for 12 euros per year? =)))) That's roughly what he implied in his previous posts.

    He's young, but that's not our problem as paying customers. In my case, a month has passed since I opened the ticket, and I already see it as impudence. I can't believe there's no time.

    Yea , thats why people should use chargebacks instantly after they not answer within 24 hours of bussiness days. If you paid by paypal just open a case and block them your money , or contact your bank try to get your money back. This things happends to many times here and no one is giving a shit because they paid $200 TAG to allow them to sell their garbage and then their gone.

    At least a topic about the worst, most incompetent, and rude providers... because this one would take first place.
