You need to allow ICMP in your firewall.
i already try this method http://www.fixya.com/support/r5359816-allow_ping_icmp_echo_request_windows_7 but still same problem
Are you sure that you don't have a router which is dropping the ICMP packets?
currently not. pushing new OpenVZ locations at the moment.
KVM we'll maybe do something for Christmas.
Right now we're working on a UNIQUE new location in Europe ;-)

You know about Europe? It may be Belgium (just because it's rare) or when he says UNIQUE it might be Andorra, Azerbaijan, Cyprus or even Malta. I don't really see the fun anyway because it will be "EDIS Infrastructure in $country" and then their usual ip ranges (which makes their products extremely cheap i know). I somehow don't like having 37.235.48.1 in poland and 37.235.52.1 in chile. Some "feeling" is missing for me. Though their DC choices and prices are very very good!! I'm curious about the new location anyway
