Common for Deutsche Telekom. They do not peer with enough bandwith on most exchanges and have a relative strict peering policy which is more expensive then others
just for comparison clouvider in frankfurt:
@davide issue with aff?
impressive results and offer.
@labze, I'm curious about the activation time for the VPS I ordered. It's been pending for an hour now, although the payment has been approved. Thank you! I'm new to your service.
Really? One hour and comment on lowendanxioustalk
Thay said Instant setup. Ok. I'will wait and no more comment here. Sorry if i border you.
Should be provisioned now.
I think you have to complete your payment with the credit you made. It happened to me also.
Had a stuck process that prevented automatic provisioned :-)
So glad @labze is alive!
Do my ticket now!
Edit: no I mean, at your earliest convenience, of course. At this peace it's more likely that humanity will be extinguished before you'll look into that ticket.
🤞
I hope it is not a sign of extinguishment, but I have responded to your ticket now :-)
No actually I'm already doing some charity work for a few other providers that either preclude payouts by ToS or that have a variety of hiccups that systemically cull payouts. It's mostly to show trustworthiness of the recommendations to the forum users despite the message is largely uncaught.
But anyway I just got your email notification while writing this, and it is solved! Thanks for taking the time!
@labze
can I combine 2 of the 6gb offer in one vps?
any issues with installing my windows iso with my own license?
is hyper-v enabled?
Yes you can combine. You can also install your own iso with own license. Hyper-V enabled.

Order #65e7309d8b879
Please combine. or do I have to open a ticket?
All orders provisioned in Frankfurt now have the option to add block storage to their VPS for just €2/month for 1 TB RAID5 HDD Storage, up to 16 TB available per VPS. Open a ticket if you'd like this added, will be available within 24 hours.
Uhhhh tempting. But skipping for now 😅
Interesting. Any additional bandwidth?
What about bandwidth? is it still same?
It will include 1TB bandwidth as well per 1 TB of storage.
Any chance of bringing some IPv4 storage deals?
Any reviews guys after one month of usage?
not bad.
but I got 28 minutes of downtime(hard reboot) over the past two days.
Labze moved my two Ryzen 7950 VPSs to the new location 10 days ago because of the DDoS issues.
There has been a 4-minute downtime at least once a day. The uptime tool I use checks every 3 minutes, so they might have been shorter time. I guess that it's mostly server reboots.
Some of the outages in the stats are because I rebooted the VPSs, and NodeCheck is in beta, so the NodeCheck stats look a little worse than it is.
Support has been fast and helpful, and with the low price in mind, I am happy with the service.

Thanks for the honest feedback. The transition to the new datacenter has not been as smooth as I could have wished for. There has unfortunately been various hardware issues, such as faulty RAM modules, fans dying and the likes. This is partly my fault for not properly testing the new servers prior to provisioning them but this was a choice due to the urgency of getting clients migrated. Lesson learned, but bad fortune sure has shined upon me in this case.
Furthermore, the performance is lower than it should be and will likely improve next week. I have (shamelessly) congested the servers a bit more than they should be in normal cases, but once again this was a choice to migrate as many as possible to avoid the network issues. Some clients from the flash deals and EPYC nodes amongst others have been placed on these 7950XD nodes temporarily and due to the CPU configuration can cause more load than intention. Three new nodes have been tested and available from today so I can load balance a bit, and if you are someone who are affected by any issue then please open a ticket then I can migrate you to a new node. The new monster EPYC node will also be provisioned by the start of next week if all goes to plan and then clients will be migrated off these nodes to improve performance to the intended levels.
That is one major benefit of this new location. Due to IPs not being hard-routed to each server I can live migrate clients without downtime to different nodes in case of issues or as temporary measures such as in this case.
I do not want the low price to be an excuse for the current quality provided and I do expect that by next month the stability, performance and reliability should return to acceptable levels. I am aware that this month has not been that great for HostBrr, but I appreciate all the support given despite these issues
Thank you very much for this detailed information! I've also noticed that my 7950xd VM has a lower performance than expected. I thought so that you were in a hurry to migrate as many clients as possible to the new data center in a short timeframe. Glad to hear you're gonna load balance the nodes soon. I'll be happily and patiently waiting for the performance to get back to normal.
It's been a very hard time for you since the first DDOS attack. But you've been making your efforts to maintain the business the right way. Keep it up! Most of us will be standing by your side I guess.
I have to say, I'm deeply disappointed with hostbrr. It performed excellently before, without any DDOS attacks or server hardware failures. However, I now have to say it's no longer suitable for use in production environments(Database master-slave service).
Frequent reboots and offline resulted in me receiving harsh criticism from customers. Consequently, I've had to move my business to Liteserver because its SLA is far inferior to that of other low-cost providers. I'm tired of labze repeatedly explaining the reasons to me.
Although labze's customer service is excellent, unforeseen issues have shaken my initial impressions. I don't regret making such a comment because the countless reboots or offline have left me in a terrible mood. That's my assessment.
I hope labze can solve this problem in the future. It is still a competitive and potential provider. I will still hold some web hosting services from hostbrr, but in the short term, at least within 6 months, I will not continue Use hostbrr’s VPS service.
If you’re running customer systems on a 5 dollar VPS that’s your funeral.
You are truly a unfortunate client, and I fully understand your comment. Pretty much all issues on prior nodes seem to be resolved, but I had migrated you to a newly provisioned node. This has been fully tested for hardware faults that has plagued previous nodes and seemed super battle ready.
That was not the case, now a new issue has arisen and one I haven't experienced before. Some issue with the network driver caused the server to lose connection and give a unfamiliar error. For some reason I have not enabled notifications for this system so I was first notified of the loss of connectivity after 1½ hours. Given that only 2 clients are on this node I was not even made aware of this through tickets.
The server is being decommissioned already until I figure why this has happened.
