    anyone know how to contact hostbrr? i had contacted them and didnt receive a response almost 24 hours. it was 15 hours now

    There might be slower response time over the easter. Most tickets should be handled now though. If not, then send me your ticket number.

    It's good.

    Also in Frankfurt, this friday we also changed from Path.net to Aurologic which resolved latency issues that some clients had due to bad Path peering.

    It is only one server that will have 10 Gbit initially. That will likely go live start of next week.

    If applicable, I can stack 3 to get 6 core, 18GB RAM, and 240GB storage for 10.5 EUR (4.5+3+3) per month. Same price with nyeflash but with larger storage & 7950xd upgrade. additional 2GB RAM can be added for 1.5€ from ticket to match nyeflash RAM.

    My Hetrixtools has also recorded a 33-minute downtime. The affected VM is in Frankfurt. Another VM on another node is fine. I would suggest @labze send out emails to notify in advance or explain afterward to the affected clients, what was going on. So that LET won't be a support forum. :smiley:

    A couple of our 7950XD servers are unfortunately facing some not so acceptable quality control issues causing them to crash for various reasons. I have raised concern with the datacenter in regards to this. One of the issues is that the kind of servers / deal that I have made with them is a custom configuration which likely is not as battle tested as it should have been prior to deployment. This specific downtime event was caused by CPU overheating and we've replaced the CPU Cooler and thermal paste. It is not evident why this specifically would happen as it did not occur at periods with higher than usual loads. But we expect this to resolve the issue and I am diligently monitoring the system temperature.
