It seems that ICMP Ping is disabled, but the VPS can connect and is online normally.
Strange, when I did the YABS test 3 hours ago I checked the ping from my home to the IP and everything was good.
Romania > Germany (~25-26ms)
My hetrixtools report said it was offline 2 hours ago, https://status.hostbrr.com reports it's still online, it's possible they disabled ICMP ping.
Likely so. They are working on filters for the use case, I expect that to work again.

I know, and I feel bad in regards to your ticket. I wasn't able to handle it before Blesta fixed their bug, and ever since it actually was fixed there has been one critical issue after the other.
