@PulsedMedia Can I pass this gift to someone who wanna try your service?Seriously I have no need for SeedBox,and if it's possible, plz give it to the first one who thanks me in this reply. And again, thanks for your generosity.
Give me please thanks
Yes it's possible, from a message that PulsedMedia sent to prize winners:
"Please open a ticket with us, and post the ticket # here (via LET DM to @PulsedMedia).
You need to be registered already to receive the prize, if you do not have billing profile with us; Please register one by "ordering" anything, ie. https://pulsedmedia.com/free-seedbox.php
No need to pay, but do proceed to paypal basic / coinpayments payment gateway, that's when the billing profile is created.
To give away your prize, it's the same process but you send the ticket # they opened saying you gave it away."
i see people and providers are exchanging
(havent been messaged by anyone yet)
but i'd trade for something LONG therm (5+ years) if any provider is that confident tbh, or lifetime dedi... would take that lmao
Are you from US?
congrats!

Some prize rules need to be added for providers. Been participating in these and there is always these dark pattern prizes where the prize is actually a contract. The prize usually auto renews with the provider hoping the customer forgets to cancel like these Netflix subscriptions.
The prizes need to be without any strings attached. If the product is good during free/trial evaluation, the customer themselves would renew/re-purchase the product.
99.9% of providers if you forget to cancel and don't pay the renewal won't tell you anything
Yes, I'm curious to know which provider he's talking about.
I don't want to name/shame any provider here doing this. Just shared my opinion so winners/consumers can be protected in any future polls.
Check his reviews and you will know. He is little overreacting and thinking everyone is an ass and it's there to get him and his money.
Everything is clearer now...
You need to check obviously terms and TOS every time you have a service, free or not. Provider give a prize and lost, in some ways, money. Prizes is part of advertising and a way to make you remain a customer.
As a provider I find two common stories around things like this, both of them in passionate opposition to each other:
Unfortunately I've not found that either is more common than the other, and while I feel #2 has a less valid complaint, I'm coming to terms with the idea that it doesn't matter how i feel. Typically a provider has uniform configurations around renewals of services to best address their customer's expectations, I doubt anyone giving away and here has specifically configured their giveaways to be different.
This to say I get your point and I don't disagree, but I've learned over time that our perspective isn't even clearly the most popular one (50/50 I'd wager).
Still reaching out to everyone who won a prize from me, thanks for being patient.
You guys are still waiting to hear from me: @NHNHNH000 @gsea4 @zakkuuno @rober7 @Doo @neverain @MMzF (Today or tomorrow, via LET PM)
Two prizes thus far have been changed. One we paid for part of a user's college tuition instead of the prize, another we gave cash instead.
And in either case a provider should send a reminder to remind the customer to either renew or to cancel (at least if it's for a yearly contract) - don't send an invoice and tell the customer that it's too late to cancel now.
respected 👍
TY, I wont use it since I dont need an EU host plan, give to someone else if you want to
Wow, it is awesome!
Nevermind : )
@VPSSLIM May I know how to claim my prize? Thanks!
I politely asked @dustinc to transfer my prize to you. Hope it works for you. You don't owe anything.
That's very kind of you @maverick, thank you. Are you sure you don't have a use for the seedbox?
Yeah, don't need it. Try to transfer to someone who would be happy to have it.
I don't know if transfers are possible, could depend on provider good will, I guess.
