Those clients are resellers, not using VPN for personal use but selling it all across Turkmenistan. No wonder they're pushing it to the limit.
Looks like they are a RIPE member's, with own ASN and IP space, which is a good start for me. :$
But I can understand people who worry, "suspecting" because there was a lot 'drama' on LET in the recent past (unreliable providers/offers, deadpools, scams) with new hosts.
While there is a lot provider on LET whos rent/reselling everything (for example: IP space from IPXO, dedicated servers from other providers, etc), and users like them.
If the VMs, nodes in Germany, why not change the IP details (Country) from NL to DE in the database?

GEO NL was specified because originally one subnet was indeed in the Netherlands, sometimes the user only needs the GEO IP, so there is a note to that effect when ordering.
