EVERYTHING has been sent to the chargeback team. and as i said in dms. I already got the refund from my bank.

I have not opened any tickets as you cannot do that on your site. All that is required is direct communication with you. and I have that via dms.
Instead of sitting here wasting your time trying to gaslight customers. You could have been fixing issues.

Absolutely. I agree with you: Instead of continuing writing “accept my chargeback, scammer” you could have just opened a ticket. On our website even instructions are provided on how to open it.. come on
You knew about my issues, I had a direct line of communication and relayed the issues to you. You did not fix those issues. There's no tickets. Only an email.
No reason to email when you have very quick responses here with direct line of communication.

все сказано правильно, полная некомпетентность, неуважение к пользователям и пустая трата времени и нервов. И правильно, что попросили возврат, можно сказать, вам повезло, что вернули и удача вам улыбнулась. Многие только мечтают о возвращении, также могу добавить переписку со скринами от этого провайдера с его публичными и непубличными обещаниями. Пусть все знают, что это полный обман и мошенничество с их стороны. При этом они заманивают вас другими способами оплаты, а не PayPal, так что шансов вернуть деньги нет вообще.
