  • EVERYTHING has been sent to the chargeback team. and as i said in dms. I already got the refund from my bank.

    I have not opened any tickets as you cannot do that on your site. All that is required is direct communication with you. and I have that via dms.

    Absolutely. I agree with you: Instead of continuing writing “accept my chargeback, scammer” you could have just opened a ticket. On our website even instructions are provided on how to open it.. come on

И правильно, что попросили возврат, можно сказать, вам повезло, что вернули и удача вам улыбнулась.
