Probably only us, but especially now after BF it is clear that the community is much bigger than before and many people can only find out about our services if we are on the front page.
Think that I am the same as another provider on the forum who comments on his posts with "Actual", only that I try to say something relevant, even if to a lesser extent than you would expect.
I went to the servers to turn on the fan that blows the heat into the bedroom and I saw for the first time that there is a real disco there!

How will you handle DMCA
If you're torrenting, that's ok.
If you share files protected by copyright by ftp/sftp/http(s), you have 48 hours to delete them, but on the condition that you do not receive such reports daily.
Is Romania the same?Unlimited traffic?
I was talking about Romania.
Unlimited at 1Gbps best-effort for first 20TB and then limited to 100Mbps until end of the month.
But sharing the same content over HTTP is not ok. I must fail to understand the moral imperatives.
Do you allow torrenting porn? Asking for a friend
Torrenting DMCA and website DMCA are different - latter one are manual AFAIK
No PayPal payment
At least in our country, we have never heard of anyone having problems due to torrenting, while websites that share files protected by copyright are targeted more aggressively by the authorities.
Not thru DMCA?
Technically, pirated download of copyrighted material is legal for personal use in some countries, but upload isn't (and this is where torrents are questionable). But for HTTP/FTP based DMCAs it is certainly forbidden.
Furthermore, DMCA notices for torrenting are automated, thus it is doubted that someone will sue an ISP for ignoring them.
That's how I interpret current situation. I am not a lawyer, do not consider this message seriously!
Let's keep it simple,
I'd like to join these two dots!
VPS Storage Basic, what processor is it
Thanks Florin. But there are inconsistencies in these rules that you are burying. We shall dig them out now!
Suppose for the sake of a pleasant argument that I own some porn for which I am the copyright holder. Nasty stuff, but legal. I mean, real bad shit. But totally legal Would Haziro permit me to upload it over HTTP?
Come on, don't prolong the pain, you know we are digging something out of the ground
No, we don't allow porn at all on websites
It's all a matter of transfer protocol it seems. If porn is transferred over HTTP it's verboten, but if uploaded over torrent then it is gut.
Or perhaps upload over torrent is also verboten, and only download is gut?
It doesn't matter the transfer protocol, what matters is what you do with those materials.
It's one thing to download them from the net and move them to your personal laptop, and another to share them with the general public.
And the same is true for copyrighted stuff too? Meaning, I can download and pirate all the crap I want, and that's fine, but I shall not dare to upload any of it, correct?
Some feedback:
(1) This is not accessible (no fallback for people that cannot see)
(2) I had to solve the same captcha twice for the video to load
While I doubt that you've had any issues with (1), it's still a nice thing to have (even though the video is obviously not captioned - it seems like a generic captcha page, so you get the point). Second point: I had to solve it twice (the same captcha), so I'm not sure if it's a running joke, or if something genuinely broke (perhaps it takes a number of seconds for the captcha completion to be registered? idk).
I am having issues where my VPS is basically unusable and I cannot connect to hazi.ro to even make a ticket
Hey!
That was happening only for video, but if you load any dynamic page that will not happen. Thank you for your feedback!
Hey!
A power outage.succeed to reboot our servers and will take a while to start all the VMs.
We are aware of this situation and most probably today I will order an extra UPS beside our main backup composed by offgrid inverter plus batteries.
The torrent protocol does both upload and download simultaneously while one is “downloading” the content. Do you simply ignore the “upload” part?
E.g. Linux-ISO.iso is loaded in rtorrent. While you are downloading it from some peers(seeders), you are also uploading the completed parts / pieces to peers who don’t have those yet.
Is that uploading part kosher?
No worries with torrenting as long we don't talk about CP.
Cant access my vps for few days now please fix your ddos protection or at least add a week to servers
