Think my Quickpacket personal dedi is broken xD
I had that issue, I had to use --server (I used --server 1767) to ditch a few that we're giving me horrible speeds.
Dedicated: Milan, Italy
Dedicated: Gravelines, France
VPS: Rotterdam, Netherlands (VPS.us)
VPS: Capetown, South Africa (VPS.co.za)
Interesting. My VPS in Capetown has much better upload and download speeds than your VPS in Buffalo.

speedtest.net uses GeoIP lat/lon co-ordinates to determine your location and choose the closest server to run the test against. Unfortunately, it's not always accurate. If you don't seem to be getting the speeds you think you should be, you can manually find and use a closer/better server:
UrPad 768MB $19 a year.
I dont think much of this test. On 5 seperate tests on the same VPS, it chose different servers each time (according to CLI), with a wide variation in speeds each time.
All of the following are for an INIZ VPS:
EduVPS (Incero Dallas?):
BuyVM (Vegas):
CosmosTeck (LA):
From a KVM on a node
That seems to be using a speedtest server quite some way away, try the photonvps or other dallas based ones for better results.
