Hmm, maybe it's an obvious, but where can I find an order ID? I see only the Invoice number and Transaction ID.
On your mail you should've recieved an "Order confirmation" mail which contains the order number.

As @zGato said, we are using M247 as our partner, but they use other datacenters as well, for example in Austria is Interxion.
