NY is 1Gbps and is still Ryzen. Our KVM CPU Model is set to Host Model and not Passthrough because it allows us flexibility for migrating VPS.

How much bandwidth will be considered excessive?
I have a use case that uses approx 100mbps continuously and I generally consume approx 20-30tb a month. Many unmetered providers dream this to be to much. Can you specify?

Constantly using 100Mbps is no problem. Constantly consuming 1Gbps will result in a throttle to 100Mbps after continuous abuse / after our system picks it up as flagged.
Torrenting is allowed, Private Trackers are allowed. DMCA notices will result in suspension / termination. Any digitally owned copyrighted material obtained illegally on our systems or network will result in account suspension / termination.
What's hard limit for bandwidth abuse at 1 gbps. Don't want to result in unnecessary restrictions of bandwidth.

Bandwidth may peak at 1Gbps for 5 minutes at a time, 10 times a day. Any bandwidth usage at 1Gbps over 5 minutes will result in a throttle.
