  • Any plan to add datacenter in Singpore? :)

  • @hxservers said:

Yes, new servers are already in place in NY. We're waiting on additional /24 blocks of IPs.

Slowdown, buddy. Spare us some slices for BF.

    😂 you mean bats?

Personally, I think the bats are a sensationally spooky touch.

:D :D Honestly the bats should only appear on promotion page, not all around the site. >:)

It's a nice idea, but can be made less distracting.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll lessen some bats.

  • In case you read this here first: NY is having a problem. We're working on it. If your VPS is currently down, you'll receive free time due to this outage. The issue is with Virtualizor (one of many reasons we're migrating away from Virtualizor!) - The MySQL Database has been corrupted so services won't start. Virtualizor support has been engaged and we're working the issue.

  • Hope that Los Angeles can also provide ipv6

  • Brief update: We're still working the issue. Virtualizor DB has been fixed for awhile now, however we're now diagnosing kernel crashes on one of our NY host servers. More updates to come.

Outage has been fully resolved. For every hour NY was down, 1 full day of credit will be applied to all affected customers (38 customers). Issued days of credit per customer: 5 days. We sincerely apologize for this outage, however we were finally able to find the root cause of the issue. We can't wait to get off Virtualizor! VirtFusion will be rolled out to all locations ASAP!

Again, we're so sorry for the downtime!

Yes, NY is currently out of stock. We're deploying our new platform to NY as soon as we get our /24 blocks of IP Addresses assigned. There's been an issue with our IP Provider but we're working through it.

  • We're not currently seeing any issues on our network in any location. Are you still seeing slow results?

  • is it possible to add 10 additional ips - ??

Currently the limit per VPS is 3. Exceptions can be made. Please open a ticket if you need more than 3 IP addresses. Justification is required.

Now ok. Is it possible to upgrade to 7950 in Miami?

  • in LA 1gbps correct?

Not at this time. Miami uses AMD Ryzen 9 5950X CPU's.

The port speed is 1Gbps correct.

  • May I ask how long New York still has to wait? Can you give me a moment?
