We'll have IPv6 for every plan, every location, included free within 72 hours.
It's been more than 72 hours and this hasn't happened.
    Hence, this provider is untrustworthy.

We've been busy revamping things. The original plan was to provide IPv6 within 72 hours. Our intentions were good. But then the wave of orders kept coming, we were advertised on hostloc.com and we've been overwhelmed since. These may sound like excuses, which in part is true, but it is the real reasons we haven't deployed IPv6 across our entire network. We do, however, plan on providing IPv6 for free in every location, included in every plan. I should've given myself more time when sending you that message. Everyone makes mistakes, but I wouldn't go as far as referring to us as untrustworthy.

Our position is that, if a product is still missing features, it should not be sold until it's fully ready.
You wouldn't buy a car without seats, would you?

We're so sorry for the brief outage! We had a network config to apply and it took a few minutes longer than anticipated. Some VPS in NY went down for roughly 7 minutes while a network change was being applied. All VPS are back up and operational.

Yes, you’re correct. In our testing, this allows for a smoother live migration scenario which we require on our new platform to keep things fast and efficient. We don’t often migrate customer VPS to another node within the same Datacenter but we do from time to time for node maintenance, kernel updates, etc. This emulation type simply gives us more flexibility. All new orders go to 7950X servers, the other models are meant for maintenance locations, internal services, etc. Since there is a possibility a customer VPS may momentarily exist on anything other than a 7950X, we put that in the product description to remain transparent. If you’re ever curious, or have any performance questions, we urge you to open a ticket and we can confirm for you.

This is not about cancellation. This way impossible to pay from Paypal balance.

please allow PayPal one time instead of subscribe.

    Hello,
Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. PayPal had an IPN outage, and we had to manually approve every order. This consumed valuable time. After hours of working with PayPal, they advised us to use the PayPal Checkout module in our billing system, which defaults and only provides, subscription. If you'd like to do a single checkout, please use Stripe or use PayPal subscribe and immediately unsubscribe, or open a ticket with us.

btw, github somehow allows to subscribe and use Paypal balance first, then the card and interface look different. Maybe somehow change params that would utilize this new feature.

Yes, we're 100000% sure what CPU's we use. As stated previously and in our post, we use AMD Ryzen 9 7900X or AMD Ryzen 9 7950X or AMD Ryzen 5950X. As also previously stated, we do not use Host Passthrough for CPU type, instead we favor CPU Host Model.

Here is the YABS. It seems that my vps is on a heavy load users.
is it possible to move it to better node in NY or to LA node Ryzen 7950?

Here is the YABS. It seems that my vps is on a heavy load users.
is it possible to move it to better node in NY or to LA node Ryzen 7950?

Yes, see the same in NY. Send speed is low, sometimes 10 mbps.

As previously stated, we use CPU Host Model.

Yes, see the same in NY. Send speed is low, sometimes 10 mbps.

We noticed a customer using excessive bandwidth 24/7. This has been throttled. Network health has significantly improved.

  • When I first set up my VPS, the GB5 score from YABS was about twice as high for dual-core as for single-core. Now, the GB5 scores for dual-core and single-core are about the same. My VPS is hosted in Los Angeles on Milan Epyc. Is it the same for you as well?

  • Thank you <3

Usually the case as more and more servers are being deployed. MOre users use Yabs to see how the network/disk is setup - if it is slow when new/less users, then it will be very slow later on.

Right now New York is sold out, so that means NY servers YABS will be interesting to see.

This is exactly correct. We've filled another 100+ orders in the last 24 hours. As soon as VPS' are created, users tend to run YABs almost immediately. This creates a slow period as new VPS' are created and utilized. Average CPU usage on all physical servers is below 20%, after a day of not accepting new orders. If you're seeing a low YABs score, it's because other clients on the same host are also running YABs. Keep in mind, synthetic benchmarks only show a synthetic score, hence the term synthetic. If you're having a real performance issue in an application you're trying to run and not just trying to see "how fast" or "what the score is" we're happy to help via Live Chat or support tickets.

Keep in mind, constantly running YABs will trigger an automatic CPU throttle on your VPS per our Terms of Service! (Once every 10 minutes is tolerated, up to 5x a day). Keep in mind, you have neighbors also trying to enjoy this SPOOKY deal!

  • @hxservers will you be adding more servers to NY?

Yes, new servers are already in place in NY. We're waiting on additional /24 blocks of IPs.
