We've been coloing with Psychz since 2015. And while they certainly have their issues like every other provider, the risk of them shutting down overnight like DediPath seem substantially lower.
Personally, I wouldn't let a youtube video from half a decade ago dissuade you from considering them as an option. Positive reviews far outweigh the negative.

Throwing it out there for anyone who needs Colo and has stuff in NY dc. Our DC is 9 hours from there, our goal is to setup a single run up to NY to grab customers equipment and bring back and rack. DM me if interested and we can get you setup and in the schedule. I'd like to make a single run so its imperative that anyone interested get with me to get on the schedule and services purchased.
