Looking for 4c/8g/100gb nvme VPS in Europe. Something in range of 7€/month. Will be used for shared hosting.

Not in the range, if you can’t compromise on disk & CPU cores.

But if I were doing this, I’d be looking at Avoro’s dedicated CPU vServers.

The OP is asking for 4c/8g/100gb nvme and you said you got the same. So where is this 4c/8g/100gb nvme in that link you showed? If the disk is different, then it's not the same is it.

webtropia is the cheap line from myloc. This is from their TOS:
