    Not in the range, if you can’t compromise on disk & CPU cores.

    But if I were doing this, I’d be looking at Avoro’s dedicated CPU vServers.

    We have SAN storage, I guess does not qualify, even with ram cache and all.

    The OP is asking for 4c/8g/100gb nvme and you said you got the same. So where is this 4c/8g/100gb nvme in that link you showed? If the disk is different, then it's not the same is it.

    This one, GreenCloud PremiumKVM, available on UK or DE, but the storage is not 100GB. It's $20 per quarter or $68 annually.

    Since you didn't mentioned if IPv4 or v6. OVZ, KVM or LXC, try some germans.

    webtropia is the cheap line from myloc. This is from their TOS:

    "Die Kündigung bedarf grundsätzlich der Textform. Ist der Kunde ein Geschäftskunde (vgl. § 3), bedarf die Kündigung dagegen der Schriftform, wobei die telekommunikative Übermittlung der unterschriebenen Erklärung genügt."
    which means you can cancel through email
