How to order?
1. Disable all proxy/vpn/datacenter IP and then order
2. Use real data
3. Pass fraud checks such as Fraudlabs and Fraudrecord
4. Done! Your order will activate instantly if you follow all above rules.

It's our request please do not abuse the service, order only if you really need it.

Data Protection or GDPR!??

We are not an European company so we may retain some of the data for accounting purposes and Tax filing reason only.
But as this is a free plan, so no invoice generate. So we don't need to retain any of your data.
Once you cancel the service, Open a ticket and ask us to remove your profile and we will remove it complete.

    No you don't. We do not ask for ID specially for free services.
    IDs only require in paid services and that's also in extremely rare cases.
    Most of the time we will either accept the order or reject it. that's it

    BTW, your order marked as fraud by the fraudrecord even with 0 record on their database, we will investigate it for sure. and for now we are disabling the fraudrecord so only Fraudlabs pro will work from now

    We have also activated your order, now you can use the service

    Update

    IPv6 is also available. If you account doesn't have IPv6 by default, just open a ticket or post your order number here, we will add the IPv6 as well on your account

    Makes no sense that they’re trusted enough to sell a server for money by default but not trusted enough to give the same server away.

    Well thank you, and you are right..
    But Even we are one of the very old provider here, we have witness some disaster like fiberia.io if you remember.

    Where we the our whole website including the VMs are totally gone just because we failed to to make backup on time.

    However we have learned from our mistake, but it's still acceptable to request first to the Mods or Admins before announcing any free services.

    At least for us..

    The Fiberia thing was our mistake, so we have no issue to request first.

    Otherwise I think you are right that old and established host should have some privilege to post free offers

    Note: fiberia was not our company, it was a brand under our company viridweb which destroyed by our mistakes in the past. Our main company is Viridweb which is very much old and well established.
    We do resale servers from other companies and also have our own hardware in Netherlands and other location as well.

    Well we have disable/block china for now, as most of our orders comes from china and they are using VPN/proxy even when we clearly said no order will accept if it's done using these services. and also they are using fake names to order.

    So have to do that to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders

    I'm sorry you are facing the problem but we have no choice.

    Yeah, I had this same exact issue with OVH as well. As per official records, yes. Should I expand the initial on the panel?

    Yes you can provide here your order number.
    Or you can also open a ticket..

    However you can't expect to get instant reply on a free service..

    Use your common sense and you will fine

    If you have issue with order then post your order number here or open a ticket we will take care of that.

    If you have technical issue, then don't post your ticket number here, otherwise we will simply ignore that as this is not our support forum.

    for technical issues open a ticket and wait for the reply from our team

    Sorry we can't accept order with initial

    Your account will be removed completely from our website and database within next 48hrs as we do not want to hold any data of our clients who doesn't have any financial transaction with us. It'll give extra data protection for our clients

    I get that, but can’t login to account anymore so I assume it was deleted because the order was marked as fraud? I don’t remember seeing any response to the ticket (I believe I opened one but no emails received for it) hence asked.

    Yes you are right. We manually removed all accounts which doesn't have active service or any paid invoice.

    However sometimes clients needs to open a ticket to request us to remove their account.

    In your case I can't find the order so it's look like your account deleted by the team as your order marked as fraud and have no paid invoice.

    Also I can't find any tickets on our logs..

    If you still need the service then register and order again

    However due to lots of fake orders we have disabled the auto/instant activation for now
    Every order will be manually review and then we will activate them.

    Post your order number here so we can review it and activate it manually

    Also: Please use only a proper FQDN domain name to order and do not use something like ABCXYZ but only abcxyz.com or subdomain.abcxyz.com, otherwise we will simply mark it as fraud and will lock the account forever. You know it's a free service so we cannot use our resources to tell everyone every time the same thing that you need to use a proper domain and no VPN
