Make sure to change your name servers as we provided on status update page.

Also if you are using cloudflare or any other dns platform them make sure you change/updates the server IPs on the DNS records of in those platform

I've fixed it by updating the nameservers to the new ones. I understand that this is a free service but even a simple post on LET informing us about the change would have been nice.

Yes and no..
Free plan was for limited time.
And no we don't raised pricing.

Paid plans are completely different than free one.

Paid plan has different features like itespeed webserver, cloudlinux, ssh access, daily backups using jetpack and more.
