Was it a completely legal porn site?
    No weird fetishes etc?

Also "gay porn" may be a problem with them, as being a homo in the country where they have a company is illegal lmao

Regardless, I'm waiting for more details.
I've noticed they started mixing politics too much with services they offer recently(and they were here to provide neutral grounds).

  • a quick google search already indicating this site is most likely a scam

Its a legitimate, anon domain registar service. But yeah, they may have a problem with some content.

While NJALLA sounds like a great idea to maintain privacy, their service is a horrible idea as you have absolutely zero recourse in a situation such as this.

Never, ever trust ownership of your domain to someone else.

Fair point, but maintaining anonymity with classic registars is impossible(unless you give them fake information which could result in suspension solely for this reason)

There are many providers which offer similar services, but you shall choose wisely.

  • May be try asking them nicely for domain transfer code, and use Incognet @MannDude for registration?

  • "Because we don't want you here!"

    Dang that was cold.

At this point you can just beg them for your money back, but 99% you've lost whatever you paid them.

Like Njalla we just resell domains. While we've registered hundreds for customers, we operate in a similar fashion. If a customer is phishing or doing other illegal / prohibited stuff, NameCheap or InternetBS will lock it. It's one of the reasons why we do manual approval of new orders, to weed out the obvious would-be issues.

  • It might depend on what TLD you used. I got a .xyz from a site similar to Njalla and it got disabled after a couple days. Support told me that whoever controls .xyz had suspended it. I have many different TLDs from the same seller so I know it wasn't a scam.

I also have a couple domains from Njalla, they're used for some NSFW sites and I have never had an issue.

Might just be that you were hosting a sus site or maybe the TLD owner kicked it and then told Njalla what it was causing that reply.

Or it could just be politics

Seems same-sex sexual activity is legal in KN since 2022 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_rights_in_Saint_Kitts_and_Nevis#Summary_table)

I'm unsure what you mean by this? Apart from admitting it's an adult site nothing else has been mentioned.

Paid with BTC, so you "definitely" provided your real credentials, real name, etc. I am right? :)

A very high possibility, that domain was suspended by the registrar and Njalla can't do anything here. If you provide fake data, you are always at risk of losing the domain, and the reseller will be blamed, because of domain suspension by the registrar.

  • Given the OP's history (3 discussions, 0 comments), I doubt that he'll be back to clarify matters. Something tells me that there's more to the story ...

I will say here and everyone can cry or not.

Njal.la refuses and kicks out anyone who tried to be smart or trying to do anything like: Phishing, Fraud, Scam, Viagra Pills, Fake websites of drugs of viagra, drugs store. If you did something like this they will kick you and they don't give a fuck that is how they work.

IP in Blacklist, Fraud Detection they won't be friendly with you.

How I can that? One guy of Njal.la commented and confirmed that to someone who opened a thread and curious that he said what the clients tried to do... And the OP didn't answered anymore... ;)

As expected OP didn't answered anything. Zoophilia is something they are against it. Any CP also, not to mention carding etc.

I have few domains with them none of them had any issues. Still up for Months and year.

  • NJAL.LA is just as dubious and not to be recommended as FLOKINET.IS. behind both services are leftist / party activists who don't care about their customers. they talk about "Privacy as a Service" but in the end they are just opportunists who want to make dollars under this banner.

In case of Njal.la is not correct at all. They treat people like a mirror. If you do abuse or you have any service with them in the past that you did abuse in their services, they will refuse to work with you.

Did you tried Njal.la? This review says everything.

Not quite the truth, Njalla register domains with their own credentials, the end-users details are not attached to the domain. So it's not as if Njalla cannot do anything.

Most providers won't refund crypto, which is mainly pure laziness on their end. It's unlikely you'll get that back.

No. I mean, not only are we offering competing services I've also tested both. I actually did a write-up (unpublished) for a blog post where I buy/test several different 'privacy providers' like Njala, LibertyVPS, OrangeSite, 1984 Hosting and FlokiNet.

    My write-up for Njalla includes:

    Njala

Njala is a common name in the privacy web hosting market and is mostly known for their domain name registration services.

    What I liked about Njala

They have a basic, light, and simple to use website. The in-house developed ordering and account management system integrates seamlessly with the rest of their site and I really enjoyed that my payment via Monero didn't require any 3rd party cryptocurrency merchant account to process. The VPS itself also had the fastest overall connection, though this was the only benchmark that was positive and having a fast connection is about as useful as having a fast car with less than a 1/8th tank of gas. (Low bandwidth limit)

    What I disliked about Njala

Customer service took days to respond to my ticket. The VPS performance is pretty bad for the price. There is no real Terms of Service, Acceptable Usage Policy or Privacy Policy published anywhere on their website.

    Closing thoughts about Njala:

I'm not for sure why they're as popular as they are. They definitely have a nice UI and interface, but that does little to make up for the fact there is no known Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Acceptable Usage Policy. The almost non-existent support doesn't leave me confident that they could be considered for anything remotely mission critical such as a business website. Perhaps their domain name service is where they shine, even though they simply resell Tucows domain names similar to how IncogNET currently resells Namecheap and InternetBS.

I'll have to dig through some older notes, but the VPS I tested wasn't anything special other than having a decent network.

Njalla = No terms of service, AUP, or business transparency.

Njalla does have a link to their TOS on their register page: https://njal.la/tos/.

Embedding content from other websites without permission is illegal (copyright infringement, marketing laws, etc.) and against Njalla's TOS.

So OP most likely got kicked for breaking the provider's terms and has now earned himself a LET crybaby tag.

@Arkas, this post's title needs your magic.
