  • Njala is completely legit service. I believe OP bought domain for cp. No sane provider, with bare minimum of ethics, will allow such scumbags to thrive.

Their support is shit but they don't really take down a domain without a good reason, they just don't tell you the reason most of the time. I've been using them for pretty non political correct domains and they don't care.

They are resellers , and they are not Offshore domain registrar , if you thinked that.

Use: eurodns.com > they accept porn domains and located in Luxembourg.

Njalla = No terms of service, AUP, or business transparency.

Njalla does have a link to their TOS on their register page: https://njal.la/tos/.

Embedding content from other websites without permission is illegal (copyright infringement, marketing laws, etc.) and against Njalla's TOS.

So OP most likely got kicked for breaking the provider's terms and has now earned himself a LET crybaby tag.

@Arkas, this post's title needs your magic.

I vouch for Njal.la, like I said. i have friends and I have domains with them none of them have been suspended. My friend had the domain 2 years with them with big traffic and nothing was suspended.

In my case the scenario is worst. My content is not soft. And still up! Renewed again this year. Still up (more right-wing content than left)

That theory of njal.la suspending the OP is because of something. They know that is why they refuse. They aren't stupid. They just let the client alone and ignore them.

If OP did something dark in the past with them probably you are in their "blacklist"

1337x domains are with njal.la and many and still up...

  • I really want to know what kind of content you have to host in order to rack up enough abuse reports to permaban your entire account within 15 days of registering the domain.

Do you work for Njal.la? One guy also come to a forum saying what the OP did... Not surprised if someone of njal.la comes here and tells the truth.

  • @DRamza : Any chance that you'll tell us who you're an alt of?

    (First post. Right)

  • "Because we don't want you here!" is not a good explanation.
Whatever OP did legal or illegal, they should give a clear reason for suspending.

They say that because most of times client knows that he did and act as fool. They don't like that.

Imagine if you know that you did something illegal like CP, and you open a ticket support asking why they suspended you, is very clear that is CP, but some clients that are bunch of fools, need to ask what they did.

The support of Njal.la is not the best. That is right. But they only suspend when someone does dirty things, I have domains with them and my colleagues no issues!

@kait already said also never had any issue.

They can refuse to give the reason why they are suspending.

Yes, they can refuse OP's asking.
But to most people here, as spectators, it's better to clarify.
Hope Njal.la can see this thread and give out a reason.
Before it's clear I don't have the courage to use them.

Was it a completely legal porn site?
    No weird fetishes etc?

Also "gay porn" may be a problem with them, as being a homo in the country where they have a company is illegal lmao

Regardless, I'm waiting for more details.
I've noticed they started mixing politics too much with services they offer recently(and they were here to provide neutral grounds).

Seems same-sex sexual activity is legal in KN since 2022 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_rights_in_Saint_Kitts_and_Nevis#Summary_table)

Yup, my bad. Its a recent law I was not aware of.

  • there are 100s of complaints about Njal.la all over the internet.
the main thing is when you register domain from them for legit or illegal use, both, they are the registrant of your domain. I mean legally they own your domain name. Now when an abuse complaint comes in, its upto them to confiscate the domain from your account and park/suspend it. I've not seen them deleting domain or asking the user (you) to successfully transfer away the domain to other registrar. Many popular registrar in fact give the registrant a chance (kick them out) by politely asking them to transfer domain in case of abuse/spam etc. Only in certain legal or extreme cases like hosting c**** porn they lockdown your domain. But in case of Njalla, they just suspend domain from your account and push it to their own account and it stays there. You don't have access to it, remember, they are the legal owners.

Here are the horror story links of Njal.la grabbing users' domains and confiscating them!

  • @JasonM Note that BHW is known in the fake content locking sites niche, the reuploading porn niche as well as any general half-illegal anything niche.

Does not suprise me that Njal.la dosen't approve.

  • @emgh said: @JasonM Note that BHW is known in the fake content locking sites niche, the reuploading porn niche as well as any general half-illegal anything niche.

yeah, but people will go with Njal.la not for free-speech, but for doing shady things. Not a single company/orgnization/non-profit/brand/reputed ecommerce site ever uses Njal.la as their domain registrar. Who uses Njalla then? Sure, those porn, fake content locking, or half-illegal ones and some very few legit users who want free-speech domain registrar. So to check their real reviews, one has to depend upon BHW like forum.

Revenge porn is good enough reason to get blocked. Its not plain DMCA that's easy to ignore. Theres almost always a law enforcement case or investigation ongoing, and they don't want to be part of it.. And its just vile.

Njal.la is operated by thepiratebay guys, and thats all the reputation which they really need. I don't care about reviews myself and will continue to use them.

Its why those of us who operates those kinds of sites no longer set automatic embedding, you have to hire people or do it yourself and upload videos manually.

Who uploaded for the first time the "revenge porn" is the guilty.

Those investigation that are going on. Are probably people who shared and didn't know about that.

Do you think ALL people knows when some photo or video is a revenge porn or not? We should be sued for that? That is ridiculous. I may understand the part the girl.

But I don't agree to jail everyone or sue everyone who shared that. You can share something without knowing right? This happens a lot.

Who doesn't have a group with friends and they share some photo of girl ? Even if is nudes or not you can't know if is revenge porn or not for each single photo they send.

That is what I hate. Putting everyone in the same bag. The only guilty there is who leaked for the first time.

I say more there are girls that know that are being recording and they don't care until they leak. That is also fault of the girl! No matter What. Use the fucking brain to know that they can and they might leak it sometime.

Doesn't have nothing to do with trust. But yes from privacy and security. Who are the fucking retard girl or boy that doesn't know that someone can do screenshot? They know BOTH! But both act like a fool...

  • I don't know why you use njal.la on first time, I see plenty embed sites use namecheap for register they domain and nothing going on.

  • Hosting revenge porn brings great shame to you and all humans.

What constitutes a revenge porn? The fact that it filmed from a perspective that resembles a hidden cam? Or the description, text, title, or any metadata coming with the material itself?

In most cases, the participants involve a lawyer and sent notices to hosting companies that are distributing the media, that it is being done against their client's consent. That's the only way the providers know about it.

He was proxying videos from big porn sites, most of which require KYC to post.
Its not OP's problem, but the "upstream".
