    第三十七条 关键信息基础设施的运营者在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息和重要数据应当在境内存储。因业务需要，确需向境外提供的，应当按照国家网信部门会同国务院有关部门制定的办法进行安全评估；法律、行政法规另有规定的，依照其规定。

    Of course, if you have contacted 国家网信部门 and have received their approval for your overseas hosting, then I humbly apologise for my ignorance.

    But I very much doubt you have, because if you had, they wouldn't block your IP address, would they?

    IMO they're about the same.

    Having said that... All of HostHatch's Psychz locations have a very annoying issue where long-running connections will drop after a while, even when they're not idle, and HostHatch haven't been able to get Psychz to fix it. GreenCloud doesn't have that issue, so it's more "stable" for me in that I can have an SSH or WebSocket session open all day without the connection dropping.

    I live close to San Jose and have a fast fiber internet connection so I get a ping of 4-5ms to GreenCloudVPS SJC. HostHatch isn't that far away though, and I get 14ms to HostHatch LA which is still very good. :smile:

    Or its for specific plans that have "Double RAM and Bandwidth" mentioned? Asking because I see that some plans do not have "Double RAM and Bandwidth" mentioned and some only mention "Double Bandwidth"

    All the budget plans are eligible if bought triennially during the Black Friday period stated on page 1.

    I'm not sure that's right. I think @NDTN said somewhere that budget and premium ones aren't, it's the ones in the regular VPS sections. I think it was anything that you can find on the homepage effectively.

    As for the budget / premium ones that explicitly say double random and/or bandwidth on the listing, they are ones that always include that for triennial, not because of this offer.

    I could be wrong on both of these. It's past when I should be asleep and I cba to check properly.
