I don't know why you have this urge to always argue you're right, but in any case, imagine this hypothetical situation:

How powerful are the Ampere cores compared with say a Xeon 2680 core?
The ARM based CPUs in general are more powerful than a Xeon 2680. The problem is finding native written software for it, otherwise you will have to go for emulation, which will in effect make the ARM CPUs work much harder and appear slower.
