hey @Abd would you mind have a look at already opened tickets? my ticket number #2844519 has no reply since Aug 17. I know that my VPS is scheduled for deletion at the end of the billing period, but I'm still a client. The new VPS provided in France (instead of NL) cannot be started/restarted/reinstalled nothing.

I have stacked 2in1 (should have doubled all his resources), my overall CPU performance is then ~25% = 1/4 from his.

As nodes get filled over time some difference is expected as they're shared cores. (20% dedicated 100% burstable)
I think there are very noisy neighbors on your node, so the difference is much more.
that should not be the case. I remember doing some custom plans where the cpu was not stacked in number of cores (but in CPU priority, it didn't work out)
