If you're abusing the burstable capacity more than 6-8 hours per day it will be hard limited to the dedicated limit.

This one right here is prem server with price of a penny. Price match the service given. No downtime since April, complete features, great support replied within hours.
As I checked up, yes this is possible by connecting storage box to the server over IPv6. rclone or sftp should be possible.

I am aware of the NAT VPS OS reinstallation issue 'Unable to start the vps'
this is caused by virtualizor, and we are already in contact about this. Once resolved, it will come back online.
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about this expect extending renewal dates.
If you are okay with data being cleared, I can try re-provisioning the service once again.
Or we can refund this.
Anyway my service is scheduled to cancel on December 1st - in this situation I don't need it anymore and of course it will not be renewed.
I just don't understand why is so hard to handle the ticketing system, you can just drop a few lines with the situation and I'm pretty sure the customer will understand. Leave it unanswered for a few weeks and you will have a upset customer with no intention to renew your services.

LE Sunday Special ought to be hosted at Poland as advertised but due to some reason it was provisioned in the Germany DC which gives me +100ms latency compared to Poland. Ticket was raised 2 weeks ago, with no resolution in sight. Disappointed and advise everyone to be cautious until the provider fixes his terrible ticketing system. Will update if my ticket is resolved.
