    Yes exactly, the Ryzen migrate button was not working for me to transfer VMs out of Dallas. I expect that this was because I can only use this feature once per billing period. So I paid the $3 twice to move two VMs out of Dallas. I have no problem with this $3 fee and think it is a great feature. Both migrations went flawlessly.

    I' ve had the 1000X (PB) transfer add on previously as well, but this is the first time I've gotten the 1000 x1000 (EB) transfer add on, which is why I mentioned it.

    Note : 3.5 Exabytes would hold ~ 3/5 of all the words ever spoken by all of humanity.
    This definitely out does that Double your bandwidth provider.

    No, Ryzen migrate button was not used. In case it is relevant- email address was updated a few times but now it has been reverted back to the original one used to create account back in 2017, still same issue.

    Does anyone know how the find the SolusVM username for a particular VM so as to access it from https://solusvm.virmach.com/

    I know that it is shown in the welcome email, but sometimes I don't get a welcome email, so I want to know if there is any other way to find it.

    I'm trying to figure out how to make this announcement without it being confusing and to send it to the right people, but I'll provide a summary here for now. Stripe our payment processor has gotten caught in a weird loop with their proprietary artificial intelligence system or whatever you want to call it going into a loop of believing everyone is carding/card testing which is the act of testing out a bunch of credit cards that are phished. So far their support has not been helpful and they're essentially copy/pasting information that just explains why they do it, not realizing their system has spiraled out of control on at least our account. Only something like 5% of payments went through over the last few days.

    This means your auto payments with credit card most likely did not go through over the last 3 days and Stripe may have you incorrectly flagged as a phisher. It also results in the payment being held/showing as pending on your statement.

    We enabled PayPal for payments again, so you can switch over and use that instead, no deposit required, you may use it directly again.

    I'm trying to set up BrainTree or another processor and see what the timeline is to transfer PCI compliant data from Stripe to the other provider. In the meantime I've extended suspension and termination times.

    Current ETA for the 400~ migrations requests to Tokyo is about a few days to a week. Additional servers have arrived after being held up elsewhere (they were being shipped out of another DC) and will most likely be set up after the weekend.

    Yes, sir, I did see that the $3 paid migration was refunded, but the VPS product still displays "operation timed out after 90001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received"
    How should it be handled?

    Just don't use the offline report button, too many of those were used during migration to where it's difficult to assume it hasn't been resolved by now.

    Also make sure to mention the duration it's been offline so we can appropriately credit you.

    Dear sir, I understand that you are too busy every day to take care of everyone at all, and I don't have much time on the Internet to repeatedly get expectations or hopes, and then turn into disappointments, which makes me anxious (mainly because everyone has a different idea that time is precious).     @VirMach please make ryzen migrate button available for VM's once automatically migrated.

  • I don't know what happen/to do with one of my servers. It shows online, I can access the server via SSH, I can access the server via FTP properly. However, I can't access my website hosted there. It shows "Error 521web server is down".

    I use cloudflare. I have tried setting the SSL into: off, flexible, full, full (strict). I keep getting the same "521 error".

    I tried the "reconfigure networking" few times but still get the same results.
    Here are the results when I use the "Troubleshoot" button:

    Main IP pings: true
    Node Online: false
    Service online: online
    Operating System: linux-centos-7.1503.01-x86_64-minimal-gen2-v1
    Service Status:Active

    Node Name: TPAZ002

    Anyone can help? I tried to not reinstall the OS if possible. Thanks.

  • Is Cloudflare pointing to the right IP? Is your HTTP server up?

    According to your request, I submitted this ticket #297244, but I'm not sure it will take several months to get processed

    Nope, none of them are back yet :(

    That said, all my VPS are now fully migrated, kudos to VirMach for doing it promptly.
