TYOC039 After I changed the ip of my host today, the DNS cannot be resolved, all websites cannot be accessed, and the system cannot be updated, even if I update the DNS file.

I am a server in a computer room like you, but I don't know its root password after my IP is changed. I have tried to change it, but there is no response. How did you solve it? Or where did you see your root password?

    @VirMach

These nodes are essentially healthy and the same as Tokyo. For some reason though, some of the settings for the NVMe don't want to stick in the kernel. I finally got it working for FFME005 so let's see how that goes.

FFME003 confirmed the same issue, I'm trying to get it to stick now as well. I don't know if at some point after being online for a while it drops but that makes no sense.

    My FFME005
    Main IP pings: false
    Node Online: false
    Service online: offline
    Operating System: linux-ubuntu-20.04-x86_64-minimal-latest-v2
    Service Status:Active

No change since migration many moons ago
1 vm migrated from la > la no issue
    1 10G ny > FFME005 is simply dead
    1 NYC not migrated yet

If i moved my 10G nyc to FFME005 then i lost the 10G port? :'(

for what it's worth, one of my servers just migrated to NY and it's been fine, everything works. Network speeds are very low but at least the VPS functions. Will probably still end up moving my services off of it though.

so did my Amsterdam server worked, for 2 days, and now its dead alost 48 h now

yep I moved everything off until things stabilize

Another node with dead servers after migration.

I've got one on NY10GKVM36 that I can VNC into just fine, still playing with network settings though. Reconfigure network didn't solve it. Not a big deal to me as it just idles, just adding my input.

Are you able to connect to solusvm for the servers on that node ? I can’t since several weeks and so can’t find what the new ip is.

Cloudflare? DM me your IP so I can see why you got flagged and I can reduce the rules.

How do I know if it is cloudflare ? Clicking on VPS Control Panel button just refreshes the page with an error “Invalid vserverid or username”

    It's so disappointing.

That's on reconfigure right? We've been getting the same issue when trying reconfigures. It's possible the new version of SolusVM doesn't do it anymore for older templates. What's the OS?

Debian 11. I cannot boot, reconfigure, reinstall or even VNC into the machine. Seems to be completely dead to me. VNC gives 1006 error. I did not do any migration but ordered it new just before the migration started.
Can you reset it? You can wipe all data. Ticket #321879

Same node and same problems, nothing (boot, reconfigure, reinstall...) seems to work after VPS disk died which happened in few days after migration

We're experiencing a lot of this on our end as well. It's not like SolusVM is overloading either, it's just not really handling it well. I'll see if we can move it over to a powerful server but again, it's not even overloading. It's just not doing it depending on how many people are trying.

Tickets are a nightmare right now. I've been trying to get to the critical ones, but it's much more efficient just fixing it all in the background.

Your situation is that self-serve button didn't create your disk properly. We've fixed many of these already, we just haven't got to FFME002. It's in the queue. We have to prioritize those that are in a similar situation but with data. Once yours (without data) is fixed you can request a due date extension if it's not applied. No ticket is required for it right now, we're aware of that specific problem on that node. We won't be doing them via tickets.

@kheng86 @tuc IIRC VirMach said this was due to some bios or SolusVM configs not sticking and causing the NVMe drives to drop out. He also said he was working on a solution.
