IPv6 is down on FFME005
I am a server in a computer room like you, but I don't know its root password after my IP is changed. I have tried to change it, but there is no response. How did you solve it? Or where did you see your root password?
@VirMach
My FFME005
Main IP pings: false
Node Online: false
Service online: offline
Operating System: linux-ubuntu-20.04-x86_64-minimal-latest-v2
Service Status:Active
No change since migration many moons ago
1 vm migrated from la > la no issue
1 10G ny > FFME005 is simply dead
1 NYC not migrated yet
If i moved my 10G nyc to FFME005 then i lost the 10G port?
Has IPv6 address dispatched already?
no ! that why it dead
)
yep I moved everything off until things stabilize
How do I know if it is cloudflare ? Clicking on VPS Control Panel button just refreshes the page with an error “Invalid vserverid or username”
Same node and same problems, nothing (boot, reconfigure, reinstall...) seems to work after VPS disk died which happened in few days after migration
I am also TYOC039
So I reinstalled the system
ssh can connect once, then can not connect
Very helpless
I'm not seeing any problems on Amsterdam right now.
I'm seeing a flood of commands on TYOC039, the controls and the server are overloading from that. Not much that can be done if many people want to spam the buttons.
It worked before, now it is down
Same problems on the same FFME002 node. Migrated from NY and never come online since 24th of June, ticket opened without any feedback since then.
TYOC035 died , maybe
It's alive and healthy.
We're experiencing a lot of this on our end as well. It's not like SolusVM is overloading either, it's just not really handling it well. I'll see if we can move it over to a powerful server but again, it's not even overloading. It's just not doing it depending on how many people are trying.
Tickets are a nightmare right now. I've been trying to get to the critical ones, but it's much more efficient just fixing it all in the background.
Your situation is that self-serve button didn't create your disk properly. We've fixed many of these already, we just haven't got to FFME002. It's in the queue. We have to prioritize those that are in a similar situation but with data. Once yours (without data) is fixed you can request a due date extension if it's not applied. No ticket is required for it right now, we're aware of that specific problem on that node. We won't be doing them via tickets.
Why IP changed on TYOC039?
Why the vps server is offline or online but not able to connected?
yes, my mistake. i havent noticed that my ip address changed
Understood the situation. Thank you for the feedback, I'll wait.
Same answer here:

IP question answered above somewhere.
So the commands are from scripts, a lot of changes are happening? We should wait until they are done
@VirMach
A week ago, the VPS on the access control panel showed this
It has disappeared in the past three days, and the page directly prompts the following content
Visit VPS service products through your website and disappear? The webpage prompt is as follows. How is it? What is this situation?
ticket.. #877796
I have no impression that VirMach used to have native IPv6 address.
haha, what a funny story
The new Ryzen's do in some cases already have IPv6. They all will eventually.
My VM on Node: FFME001 came with native IPv6, and it is still working just fine.
My bad, for some reason the network config was messed up. IPv6 is working
@VirMach Tokyo Storage 2TB after 3/14 , any latest news?
FFME003
Down for ~15 days and counting, it worked for few hours but went totally dead after re-installing OS
me too, as well some VM's in Lax and Sj. Look like this issue is in every dc
Can you try mounting an ISO and restart your VPS? in my case the VPS wont boot.
@kheng86 @tuc IIRC VirMach said this was due to some bios or SolusVM configs not sticking and causing the NVMe drives to drop out. He also said he was working on a solution.

Has anybody been moved to Miami?
I have been checking the paid migration button everyday, but alas Miami is not there.
