@VirMach I made an order and it wasn’t auto provisioned. Opened up a ticket and they said they ran out of capacity in NYC and offered to deploy in Atlanta but after I replied yes That works no one replied. Ticket #265711

Good luck with getting a response.

Yes, but I expect you will need to do so via ISO and create more then one partition

If i try reinstall os by panel . it is work to reinstall?
because i not sure the installation step

VirMach said that template reinstallation doesn't work with the 4TB plan. So I think you need to mount the ISO from the billing panel or Solus VM panel, change the boot order and reinstall via VNC.

doing a password reset to the panel gets you rate-limited and put in Cloudflare timeout. LOL

Current Tokyo storage beta conclusion: network mediocre, CPU high steal time, disk IO sucks.

Giving me addtional 5GB NVME is all I'm asking for.

Let's wait until tomorrow to celebrate the return of SEAZ004 and SJCZ002 as I don't know how long it'll hold up for right now.

This is representative of my current solution:

FYI The string broke on Node: SEAZ004 and the Ryzen migrate button is back.
Is that a hint to vacate SEAZ004 ?

EDIT: Please disregard as SEAZ004 is back up again.

Mostly just me right now. We have two other people right now, but I'm the only one doing an insane amount of replies. Other people do normal numbers, and sometimes they focus on other things.

I'd say out of the 14,000~ tickets we ended up with last month probably at least 10,000 were completed by myself so it definitely will end up looking like it's just one person to most people. Once ticket numbers go down to normal then you should see more even responses by everyone.

Yeah that's my philosophy but ever since we got rid of outsourced a lot of people just get upset because they'd rather get the "please let me check this for you" than nothing at all. Filler responses give a lot of customers a sense of security I suppose.

I'm sure there's a reason billion dollar companies would rather go that route and they probably spent a lot of money researching the human psychology.

If that's Tokyo storage, I've done literally 0 about it, and have never applied any optimizations because I'd have to re-do it all anyway on the actual port/drivers for 10Gbit after we set that up.

I could theoretically do a temporary fix and then redo it later but it's better expectations are just low and people realize they're either getting a month free or SLA/refund if they didn't get the month free, and probably less people will use it that way for now until we deploy 10Gbit. I don't want to encourage everyone getting settled on it just yet.

New 3D printer coming in Monday as the others all malfunctioned from heavy use.

Do you mind sharing which 3D Printer? Always wanted to get one for custom phone case and other stuff (so I don't have to buy brackets for UPS and other mounting equipments)

Update on the BIBO 3D printer. Looks solid, probably the closest to the Ultimaker build quality versus other printers. Easy to put together, it's mostly already built out, and outside of being a little bit smaller and the touchscreen/navigation being a little shoddy, so far it's a solid 3D printer.

No adhesion issue. No leveling issue. Haven't quite figured out how to use the dual extruders yet but I'm able to crank up the settings and make it go faster without it malfunctioning. Probably the fastest 0.4mm nozzle 3D printer.

I found out that you can actually get some as-is liquidation versions of it with probably some minor issues and cosmetic imperfections for $99 plus shipping instead of $580 on their website. or open-box/customer return for only $300. Can't really beat it with any other 3D printer at that price, it's a steal. I might actually buy a few liquidation models at $99 when I have some more time and part it out. Honestly at that price it's worth it for just the frame, pretty crazy pricing.
