Some space freed up by clearing out abusers. New nodes added a couple days ago for Los Angeles. IP change button added back, unpaid migration added back sans Tokyo. Paid migration added back but this is the most likely of all to get removed again early.

Too bad San Jose 002 doesn't have buttons.

Unpaid migration added back for ColonCrossing only.
Ryen to Ryen migration isn't there.

I actually hope there will be paid migrations on sjcz002, for those users who have already migrated.

  • Is the migration to LAXA019 still not working today? Should I continue to wait or do I need to send a work order to process it?

Okay, I'll send the "Ryzen Issue" and wait for you to process it, thanks.

TYOC029 improved quite a lot after an unexpected reboot, nice.

Confirming a small AMS instance has transferred to Ryzen well. Thanks @Virmach !

Noted that netmask seems unnecessarily 'wide' at 255.255.248.0, when virtual NIC is in the same /24 as the gateway.

Was your vps a migration special?

I also tried to migrate my special from AMS TO Ryzen AMS but.. bad luck for me , again..
The button seems to only work for some maybe.

  • @powerflower said: Was your vps a migration special?

Not this time; a small BF 2020 1.13GB/15GB, so fairly easy to 'squeeze in', I guess.

You closed a priority ticket without even fixing the issue.

My Domain is about to expire and your support sucks for other services

I don't expect good support for VPS because its dirt cheap but I do expect a decent support for other premium services for which I paid full amount according to market ( actually more than what GoDaddy and name cheap charges.)

Why are you TREATING all customer products equally?

So what if your migration are going on? This doesn't mean that other customers who use other products should suffer?

What is really the purpose of priority ticket if you don't reply within 24 hours and simple close it.

    This is just absurd.

The domain is about to expire in few days and i guess i have to transfer it in few days and pay double this Year I guess.

    This is just frustrating.

This shows that one should only purchase dirt cheap VPS and nothing premium even with priority supports, because lets face it you are not going to reply in a premium support manner.

Didn't read your reply here but I do remember closing your ticket in the queue, and your issue was resolved and it was closed without a response. I believe you were the ticket about domain not renewing, so I manually renewed it and closed the ticket.

    Did you check?

    Okay. This has been rectified.

  • Nice move with Ryzen button @VirMach ... So people dont "abuse" the system

I am curious to know which are the locations that cost the least for VirMach, while I would love to get one that has the lowest ping to my location, I don't want to cost VirMach too much such that it becomes unsustainable

Network's still on 1Gbit right now until the other switch arrives and I didn't get the NVMe set up the way I wanted, but here's an early look at an empty 1TB HDD plan (Tokyo.)

I think he just wants to show the performance of the disk, after all it's the storage server.

Fine, that sounds reasonable, still await Geekbench 5.

    Wait, what? It is YABS.

If you mean why not let the entire YABS run through, the network portion would look like all the rest of Tokyo Ryzen right now.

It already has 2 x 2TB that I'm lazily just running the OS on right now. We'd have to code something out for hybrid, no time right now. Unless I'm missing some SolusVM magical feature but the secondary disk option has no API last I remember and doesn't support creating on a specific disk.

Can't really beat it as a 65W eco mode processor for a small storage node. Someone prove me wrong so I can use something else for the next build, maybe for Frankfurt.

  • @Virmach What's the current situation regarding Ryzen migration, when the original VM has multiple IPs?

Hey gang is Ryzen migrate button "one time only" already or it's not? Anyone tested?

I would like to migrate one of my BF-OVZ things to Amsterdam, but I would like to end on different node than last forced migration. If button is one time only I will waaaaaaait, if I can still spam that I will (try) migrate to AMS and if ends on the same node migrate somewhere else and then migrate AMS later.
