    Technology is too portable, there's no option to cancel.

    Why you make the migrationg button disappear, since the failded migration，you should give the people button to migrate other locations which can be success migrate. @VirMach

    Will you consider adding the numbers of migration pending queues to the Ryzen-update page?

    I just want to know how long it will take for the Tokyo Storage VPS to activate, do I need an exact date, or do you have no intention of activating the Japan Storage VPS at all?

    Ryzen update is only for this sale, it's not meant to track anything else and we can't add these as it'd take too much time.

    The locations available for instant migrations are marked. I have a fix for Amsterdam that I haven't uploaded yet but it should go live today.

    My favorite part about those claims is that at any time someone can still request a full refund of their money. It'd be a pretty terrible plan to sell something we did not intending on delivering when everyone can just get a refund.

    I'm purposefully trying not to provide any ETA at this point because it will just get people upset or claiming we're lying if they incorrectly take it as a guarantee, but the servers are finally arriving after being delayed by UPS so it could be tonight or tomorrow.

    NYC Metro not looking good.

    We sent these off via freight so they should have been relatively safe during the shipping but it looks like out of the 14 servers, 4 have disks that aren't showing up, 3 aren't turning on at all, 3 are freezing up in some way, 1 is having IPMI issue, and 2 are Windows-only nodes that we're setting up later. That leaves 1 left if my math is correct, which also happens to have an XPG drive that's 2/3 of the total capacity.

    I'm working on setting that last one up now so we can at least activate everyone who pre-ordered here and I'll evaluate the rest of the mess later today.

    Creating a ticket about this will only ensure that we add you to the list of people ineligible for a Ryzen migration. We can't do a Ryzen migration for everyone if they create tickets about it. If the button doesn't show, there's a reason for it, and even if it's broken, we still cannot deal with even 1% of all customers creating a ticket about it right now.

    Tokyo Update - at least 2 more Ryzens going out today, and the storage node, they're labeled and pickup scheduled by 3PM today.

    NYC Update - 10x NVMe replacements being sent with overnight shipping.

    It's golden week now in Japan. Delivery won't be as punctual as usual.

    Apr 29th - May 5th/8th depending on company's business days. Government never works on extra holidays but on the bright side May 2nd and 6th are working days for government.

    You don't want make 100% as last time.
