Tbh I've never had any issues with ACT except porn websites but it's quite easy to get around.
Indian Govt has no problem with porn websites, just as long as you do the one thing - send bobs and vagene to your Govt officials for official processing.

it prefers IPv4 over IPv6. Even the router converts a lot of requests to IPv6 automatically and you cannot stop it until you disable IPv6 in your device (easy in linux, idfk about mac and windows)
Just disable ipv6 and use

I was an avid explorer of the internet, one could say. I would roam around everywhere, I was everywhere. From the shady websites to deep web. I am nowhere near knowing everything, and I also wouldn't say that I have that much of knowledge. The source of all this was AOSP and my dad's old Mi 1S (armani) which broke, so I was searching for Free VPSes and stuff. Look at me now! In windows just go to properties of network interface and uncheck ipv6 protocl
