Got the same email as well. Strange wording, I wish they elaborated a bit more, rather than ask customers to complain to the data-centre. And then to come on LET and try and find the answer of what's going on in 15 pages... no thanks.
More importantly, and in my humble opinion, this host isn't all that great anyway... I had a server with them, CPU severely throttled once you go over around 65% CPU usage ... completely unusable for me. Cancelled account months ago and won't be going back....
