How long the process will take ? I paid at January, so it should be within 180 days-- I never perform chargeback process before

Instead of this thread title you should be more serious and clear about the situation your customers are facing.

@PieHasBeenEaten is the moderator who changed the title in an effort to make it more clear (less click bait) and to warn your customers about your apparent "global outage" aka your upstream disconnected you. Unless you make amends I see the title as an honest warning. After all, you created this thread by asking your customers to contact your upstream on your behalf.
