So if maxkvm really violated any kind of law, @Hivelocity in order to clear the relationship should have called the police and quickly tell the full picture of the matter already,so why @Hivelocity does not do so and just use the so-called empty words without some actual content to vague it? Because @Hivelocity probably knows he can't stand up for himself, deliberately avoiding the full picture that would have allowed him to quickly win and just say some nonsense! So personally I think @Hivelocity just don't like maxkvm, it's personal, the rest are just excuses

MaxKVM, Customers has nothing to do with your free-speech or your up-stream providers TOS (Hivelocity). Deal with it in your own capacity rather than making more stupid moves (statements) in public forum.
MaxKVM just paid LET tag $200 fee, and its not been even 30 days and they've to close business!
RIP MaxKVM. For me and most of its customers MaxKVM is now deadpooled.
