    Servers are ready and being shipped to Tokyo, currently scheduled for pickup 3/14/2022.

    It's 04/20/2022? That's more than a month.

    Timing: "Available" will usually be instant but it's possible it may have recently sold out. "Provisioning" may be about 1 to 2 days. "Handling/shipped" may be 2 days to 2 weeks, and "Prep" will be 2 to 4 weeks.

    Obviously I didn't expect it to even take 4 weeks, but I guess I am wrong.

    We've processed something like 700 tickets in the last few days but even more are being created at an unprecedented rate. Last we had 1000 or so tickets, now we have around 1000 still.

    NYC is almost ready, switch being configured, all servers we sent in have been racked. Amsterdam is waiting on the DC, it's been attempted delivery since Saturday. Finally delivered Tuesday. Still no update.

    I do see small spikes on our monitoring but nothing like that, this has already been resolved to the best of our ability and showing stable ping globally for the most part.

    Over 24 hour period, I see 3-4 main short spikes and maybe 20~ tiny spikes above the normal level but these are very brief. It should calm down over the next few days.

    I ordered a Japan 2560, not yet deployed, but I don't really care as long as my renewal date is adjusted appropriately... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    ETA: but I do wanna be on the better CPU, that's still happening yeah?

    This is the default behavior when a node is down. It's on the list to try to get this to display a better error but it's just how it was coded out (not by us.)

    He definitely understands the language and we didn't hire him because of that, just a coincidence.

    Tried a few different things that didn't work. It's looking like we'll have to recreate everyone and if they want to request data they'll put in a specific titled ticket. Then we have the server shipped back, harvest the data and put it back on request.

    We're giving everyone a month of free service here since it was unexpected and we didn't have everything prepared to do a better job.

  • Is there some problem with the TYOC038 machine? I can't turn on the machine after reinstalling the system. I have issued a ticket to deal with this issue.
