  • When I ordered a vacuum cleaner just after Xmas, the delivery was delayed until March. My 12-month Warranty starts from the day I received it, not from the day I ordered.
    When you pre-order the VPS, Virmach did gives an approximate time but issues have been encountered and obviously delivery will be delayed. I guess the best Virmach can do is to extend the renewal due date since the order was for 12 months and should start from the time you get a stable VPS.

And since you only have an account for a few months, your statement is not saying anything.

    When I go to a supermarket and state to the company owner "this is the worst experience I've ever had in one of your markets" it makes more of a statement when I'm a loyal customer for 15 years, as when I say it when I've visited the supermarket twice.

    And since there are more examples to be easily found on LET where customers had to wait for a longer period of time it's just you trying to make a bold statement of you while it is not at all.

    To be honest, I'm wondering why I even bother to give you an answer anyway...

    I have Placed the 4 VPS orders, the system automatic split each one to sub account, when I purchase new vps.

    Create support ticket, the support team said they will merge them to my main account, but finial someone refund my 3 VPS without notice me or the agreement they settle.

    already been refunded in my sub account, and money had back, when I wait the support team merge VPS. and wait to now.

    Merge ticket is unrelated to that. Check other ticket, if you have other ticket that may be why.

    I only create merge ticket to avoid any mis understanding, I did not create other ones.

    the support team reply me as:

    "Hi, please provide the order or invoice ID for each of these purchases so that we can track the accounts and merge them into your main account.

    Qi G."

    then I provided the all four invoices (16th MAR), the next day all 3 VPS in sub account had been refunded. and no one reply me or update me on ticket. I know it a week ago.
