You might need to first try reinstalling with a basic template (eg, debian 8 or centos 7 in clientarea) in order to get the cpu pass-through to work. Then you can reinstall whatever os you want, either with template or iso.

I did that on san jose and seattle and got Ubuntu 20.04 to see Ryzen 3900x but now both distro are broken one say:
    seattle:
apt_pkg.Error: E:Error reading the CPU table
    san jose:
    also broken but different error

@VirMach can you look at those ubuntu 20,04 installs or suggest what to do:

Just use your two-factor verification code to login.
Just use your backup code that you were asked to save to login if you for any reason can't get timed code.

    Easy like that.

also two-factor verification has nothing to do with e-mail(?)

I did not save the backup code

NYC Metro has a good number of servers on a palette. I couldn't get all of them in time. Now it's up to UPS to show up...

Amsterdam I'm attempting to rush out right now, but again, waiting on UPS. DHL never showed up, FedEx is unreachable, just as a recap.

Tokyo around 6-8 servers ready, have to double check. Waiting on UPS pickup.

    Is multiple account officially allowed?
Some MJJs even bought more than 5 Tokyo Ryzen VMs at early bird price while many secured more than 3.

Freight didn't show up, it might still have a chance, sometimes they're a little late.

Non-freight showed up, picked up all those packages.

Chicago contract has been signed, awaiting instructions to start shipping in equipment.

  • I'm not complaining, don't need this instantly or anything but can we expect to have the ryzen orders in LA next week? not asking for promises or a real et, just saying :persevere:

Use code tags to preserve formatting, it's easier to see your problem begins on line two, meaning the problem is between you and your ISP. Are you on a wireless network to be double natted and have 100ms latency to your Internet gateway? That's usually a shitty combination.

Anyway, your data doesn't show the issue with Virmach. Not sure why you didn't post the clouvider result to provide helpful troubleshooting details.

I've confirmed the returned package from Tokyo is 2x servers, for whatever reason, even though the other had no problems. But at least this means the switch is also there and we should be ready to go soon.

Why are two packages mailed together returned separately? I think you are lying and making excuses for your unrestrained pre-sale, it is foreseeable that users who buy Tokyo will definitely be disappointed because you simply don't have that many resources to sell

Please give me a refund. I've placed an order for $96 server for two years. No need for this, thank you! My invoice number: #1405603.

Not priority, just normal freight? for HDD servers?
How long would it take to arrive at Equinix Tokyo?

I'm sorry! This is the first time I bought your server. After I sent the work order, I saw them in the TG group saying that they could reply to your posts on the forum faster, so I came here.

and he may well not make it.
It's only two servers on which there's no guarantee he'll be deployed.

NYC Metro - Two servers ready, being sent in a box. Another 20+ are built and ready to go, just needs to go in a crate or palette, hopefully I'll finish today. I can't send anymore in individual boxes, it's much more expensive than together freight and it actually takes longer to arrive. Same shipping length will cost 2-4x versus sending together.

Tokyo - More boxes being sent, 4 servers ready in a box, more are being put in boxes, up to 20+ today if I can get them done. Otherwise I'll send whatever's ready.

Chicago - Finally confirmed with datacenter. A few servers are ready to send, and switch. Waiting for confirmation to ship.

LAX - Still needs to be packaged. PDU being sent today.

Amsterdam - Servers ready, still needs to be packaged.

Existing servers - Most if not all are racked now, and just need to be configured. This is in Phoenix, Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, and perhaps others I'm forgetting to list right now. Tokyo still being set up by DC (racked, networking.)

    PHXZ001 seems offline?
