I have been waiting for a long time in PHXZ001 and it still won't start/boot.
Two servers in Tokyo will be able to meet about 1/5th of the pre-order demand. The two that were sent back isn't a conspiracy theory as someone suggested, I just think it had to do with one agent deciding he didn't feel comfortable with the CMOS battery in the motherboard or the power supply or something like that. That'd be a pretty terrible way to trick everyone anyway, saying I'm sending four and then saying two got returned. Anyway, a bunch more got sent today and they'll arrive in 1-3 business days as well, so probably Wednesday.
NYC Metro I'm going to just take these off the palette and just send them individually at this point, I can't rely on freight at all.
Amsterdam I'm going to explore individually shipping these as well, it's just that the brokerage service for UPS won't get back to me and it'll be more complicated with a bunch of packages versus one shipment. I'll look around some more.

However, I don't think we can order the "SPECIAL 384" nowadays, which costs $8.88 per year with a 2-year contract, because it is sold out.

Alright, sale has ended and later I'll post a different version as previously discussed. I've also made sure to process all cancellations/refunds and went through everyone asking for ETA updates and not being patient and cancelled and refunded those as well.
With that said, Tokyo is ready, right on time for that location at least for the initial batch of activations. Just adding the finishing touches and will begin provisioning based on first come first serve. I'll be going through every order before I activate it, and if there's an open ticket regarding the order then it may be cancelled and refunded instead. I highly recommend going through and closing out any tickets for the orders. I'm not going to provision them if there's a ticket because I want to avoid getting people that said they mentioned in a ticket they didn't want it, etc, and I also don't have time right now go to through and read all these tickets for custom requests, so unfortunately that's the only way it will be done.
