I've confirmed the returned package from Tokyo is 2x servers, for whatever reason, even though the other had no problems. But at least this means the switch is also there and we should be ready to go soon.

All didn't happen, I'll have an updated ETA by tomorrow morning and you should receive an email.

Does it mean the packages had been sent back to U.S. ?

Just set the bandwidth to China to 1Mbps total, increase the packet loss by 50%, and there will be no Chinese users. -- There may be Indian customers.

    please dont.

for your convenience, you can choose NTT network in Tokyo, that will reduce MJJ in half at least.

It's a possibility for NTT to be in the blend. I honestly don't know 100% at this point and I'm not going to pester the provider about that information at this time, we'll find out soon. The problem is Japan was a long time in the works, and at times Osaka was discussed, and other datacenters were involved. A lot of the details were also changed by the provider.

My memory of everything is very "mixed" as in a lot of the details discussed may have been scrapped at some point.

However, with that said, I am pretty sure that Osaka was the one with NTT and Tokyo was IIJ.

The only thing I can confirm without a doubt is that the test IP provided to us by the provider, which I am right now doing a traceroute to from our office in Los Angeles, uses IIJ (as well as others obviously, but no NTT.)

    Three packages. 1x 2 servers, 1x 2 servers, 1x switch and accessories.

The 1x 2 servers made it, the 1x switch made it, and 1x 2 servers got sent back to US. So we still have 2 servers in Tokyo right now, and 1 switch. It's just going through customs process.

When we sell thousands of specials at once, we definitely aren't prepared to answer all the concerns immediately, and do fall behind, according to past experiences on our end as well.

Shame on you, you are such a coward which can only hide in the shadows.

I have the same username here and hostloc, while you are only trolling with your invincible keyboard and dare not to use your main account.

Be a man, let's fight on hostloc, and then i will end both accounts here and there.

NYC Metro - Two servers ready, being sent in a box. Another 20+ are built and ready to go, just needs to go in a crate or palette, hopefully I'll finish today. I can't send anymore in individual boxes, it's much more expensive than together freight and it actually takes longer to arrive. Same shipping length will cost 2-4x versus sending together.

Tokyo - More boxes being sent, 4 servers ready in a box, more are being put in boxes, up to 20+ today if I can get them done. Otherwise I'll send whatever's ready.

Chicago - Finally confirmed with datacenter. A few servers are ready to send, and switch. Waiting for confirmation to ship.

LAX - Still needs to be packaged. PDU being sent today.

Amsterdam - Servers ready, still needs to be packaged.

Existing servers - Most if not all are racked now, and just need to be configured. This is in Phoenix, Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, and perhaps others I'm forgetting to list right now. Tokyo still being set up by DC (racked, networking.)

Just use your two-factor verification code to login.
Just use your backup code that you were asked to save to login if you for any reason can't get timed code.

    Easy like that.

also two-factor verification has nothing to do with e-mail(?)
