    When you said it's active, is it just provisioned? If it's recently provisioned, you'll need to go to your billing portal then "reinstall" an OS that's NOT Ubuntu... If that fails, go into SolusVM and mount a LiveCD to install your own system.

    I am having the same problem. The VPS doesn't even boot at all. I ran their troubleshooter and it says that the whole node is offline :D

    I just tried mine, the troubleshooter had that output but my SSH, VNC and HTTP/HTTPS are all functioning.

    BTW: You know that when you ordered the service, you selected "Install later" for your OS right? If it's install later, SSH, VNC are not going to work and the service won't boot...

    Then how can I install the OS? I mounted an ISO and tried to boot without success

    EDIT: my node seems to be offline, not just my server

    Are you on RYZE.SEA-Z001.VMS? I think as of this moment only Seattle have instant provision... (not sure which of the other DCs already provisioned in the past, but out of 9 I ordered only the 1 in Seattle worked)

    It looks like an issue with anyone created after 3/16/22, so all recent ones on this node. The images are creating properly, it just seems like an error with the configuration file for the VMs. I'm looking into it now.

    Restarted some services and ran an update for them, and regenerating configuration files now. It looks like it's working now, at least for the first one regenerating. Regenerating the rest now.

    (edit) And it broke again, looking into this further.

    (edit2) I found the issue, it's related to a template folder sync, fixing it now.

    If I already have SolusVM control panel access and the service showed as Active on billing.virmach for vps on RYZE.PHX-Z001.VMS, the vps should be provisioned right?
    If so, then there's a similiar situation to @matheny's SEA02 on PHXZ001...

    Unable to boot (service offline), unable to mount any ISO or reinstall (then boot). Can you help me look into that as well?

    Also the PTR (Resverse DNS) function does not work...

    Tried to order STORAGE-2T 120/2yr, the total in my cart says $280 even after using the code.
    what am I doing wrong?

    rDNS won't functional, it's not set up like that and has to be manually requested. The rDNS button will also not work as that's not recoded for Ryzen, you'll have to make a manual request.

    Based on the information you've provided and nothing else, the only guess I have for you is that the ISO or template you selected doesn't function. Try Debian 10 template (not ISO) as that has confirmed services on it. Or Alma 8.3.

    Tried both OS and also does not boot.
    I've noted what I tried and opened a ticket on Technical support dept. The ticket number is #366188

    Amsterdam and Japan Update

    UPS wanted us to pay for the previous bill we've been attempting to pay, and our account manager is now adamant the reason we're unable to pay by card is that they don't usually take card payments for it, and do it as a sort of courtesy? Anyway, we had to pay them via check which just happened. FedEx has not contacted us since our request for a quote. DHL won't pick it up until next week if we go with them. UPS essentially won't do further pickups until we go through another round of phone calls involving a dozen people and I haven't had time for that due to RAID controller issue on LAKVM26, San Jose IPMI coordination, and a few other things I had to take care of...

    I'm trying my best to get these out by tomorrow so we at least get it out this week. If UPS does not pick up by tomorrow, we'll just most likely have to use DHL for Amsterdam (or non-freight) and then for Japan consider sending out a few servers at a time via non-freight air shipping as I do not want to use DHL for that region.

    I'll try to get a few servers ready to send without using freight, even if the freight pickup does occur, so we can definitely send off something by tomorrow. After all, we do not technically need ALL servers there at once to get most of these deployed.

    Atlanta Update

    Something went wrong here. As I previously mentioned, the delivery date got moved to Friday. Now, their website finally shows an issue. It looks like the shipment actually did depart March 14th, and arrived March 15th, contrary to what they displayed previously.

    They've spammed us with 20+ "updates" as usual where it constantly says its been picked up or departed. However, it looks like since the 15th, nothing has happened, and after further investigation, on the 16th, even though we sent this off via AIR freight, the TRUCK it was on in Dallas broke down.

    So yeah, I don't know, it's 3 different sets of information so far. Let's assume it's not going to actually arrive Friday.

    (edit) I looked into this further and it looks like the flight they have as having landed on the 15th never happened. So my wild guess is they had trouble flying it in so they decided it'd be faster to use a truck and then the truck broke down.

    Nonononon, the point wasn't to get it fixed, the point was VirMach to do it. I wanted another long post story how Vanilla (NOT) works (UPS saga v4) or wink VirMach community forum they wanted, but not, but maybe, but no time.

    You can double, triple and multi thanks how much you want mate.
