I don't use its bandwidth myself. I don't know what's going on for a month, but it shows that the bandwidth is used up. That's what happened last month. I shut down for a month. control panel obtains bandwidth data from host node. If you believe it is wrong, provide details on ticket why you believe it's wrong. I haven't seen any such issue in the past.
If you don't respond on ticket, we can't help.
The bandwidth of this server is wrong this month, you guys are really bad at technology, too bad, I actually use 10g bandwidth and it shows 80g bandwidth

that is the exact reason for bandwidth overusage and we already contacted you about this without a response. No replies in next 24 hours & we have to cancel the service without refunds.
